Story of my life in this beer’s name. Excellent summertime patio beer. Lemony hops, yeast, fruit and a hint of banana. Nice.

Tap at Bar Volo. Paleish opaque yellow/amber with a white head. The aroma is sourish autumn apples, slightly fermented, really nice and refreshing, with basement notes. I’ve got a memory related to the aroma, and it includes a dusty basement and fermented apples in wood boxes. Dry, light on the palate, wheaty graininess. Tastes fruity sour - lovely stuf!

(tap) hazy yellow colour with a small white head; fruity aroma; slight balanced flavour with a long, very light bitter finish

Draft - Light soapy notes with a touch of lemon. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Light peel and citrus with a touch of yeast and bitterness. Just meh, but drinkable.

KansaiBeerLvrs (5568) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 12, 2014
On tap at Bar Volo. This saison is a very nice clear gold with a sour tart belgian aroma. The taste is spicy, lightly tart-candyish saison yeast notes with a touch of brett metallic quality.

Cloudy light straw colour. Thin white head leaving decent lacing.Aromas of banana and lemon drops. Tastes are fairly hoppy citrus for a Saison and it has a definite bitter finish.Overall they missed the mark for a Saison but as a near-IPA its a pretty decent beer.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2016 Pint at the Loon. Not much head. Hazy golden-amber. Fruity nose with caramel malts. Same fruity taste with hints of peach and apples. Beautiful hops well blended. Goes down nicely but not sure of the saison style.

Lighter hazy gold pour, huge head. Zesty aroma, a bit of clove, peach and yeast. Yeasty and lemon zest up front, peach, spice, a very slight hint of funk, banana. Lighter body. Easy drinking saison.
