UPDATED: JUL 1, 2016 (bottle) clear, very dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of coffee, smoke, jam; smooth palate; intense, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish Listigovers (1384) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 26, 2016
Black pour with tan head. Roasted smell with nuttiness, flavour is nutty and fairly strong, a bit of a syrupy texture, get a bit of sensation of coffee but not too much very rich and kind of strange beer. B1tman1ac (7) - - JUN 26, 2016 does not count
"Coconut Coffee Porter" Light on the coconut, subtly coffee flavor, malty, light carbonation, amazing same aroma, my new favorite beer! Strykzone (7848) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - JUN 25, 2016

Sampled at a tasting. Looks like a stout. I smell the coconut and roast. Coffee is tasted first. Big coffee. Earth and soft fruit and coffee. Good stuff. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 21, 2016

App.: Deep brown-black with a rocky mocha head.
Aroma: Oddly tangy, unpleasant, infected, once that dissipates, there is a decent coffee aroma, milk chocolate, cocoa powder, lighter vanilla/coconut, some dark-roasted malt (grape jelly), booze, decent.
Palate: Medium-full body, gentle carbonation.
Flav.: Coffee, chocolate, dark chocolate, coconut/vanilla, more chocolate, a touch of dark-roasted malt as grape-like fruitiness, none of the unpleasant infection notes; sweet with almost balancing bitterness and a slightly metallic, chocolate and coffee finish.
I don’t know what was going on at the beginning, but this settled into a decent pint.
Tap at Bar Hop. Brown with light tan head. The nose delivers: coconut and coffee plus loads of dark roasted malts and subtle notes of vanilla. The ingredients mix very well - would’ve been a disaster if I only got coconut in this. Tastes sweet, all the ingredients again well integrated, the coconut dominating the forefront, the dry robust roastiness the finish. A bit too light in the end. Overall very nice. Bar Hop (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)

The beer pours an opaque dark brown colour with a creamy tan coloured head. The aroma is roasred malkt, coffee, dark chocolate, and hints of dark fruit and coconut. The mouthfeel was medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was roasted malt, milk chocolate, and coconut. What coffee flavour there was...was quite muted.
Draft - Lots of coconut and dark chocolate, like a bounty bar. Jet black with a nice brown head. Just as it smells with a nice bitterness. A bit light on the palate, but otherwise nice. Bendrixian (1514) - Canadiana, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 5, 2015
Pitch black. Coffee and toast caramel and malts. Medium bodied. Decent length considering the style and a bit of vanilla mixed on the chocolate and toast. Not heavy on the bitter toast.
