473 ml can. Pours hazy yellow with nice thick head with nice lacing. Good floral hop aroma. Initial citrus flavor followed by long lasting bitterness and bread flavors. lesifflebiere (1928) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 8, 2013
KansaiBeerLvrs (5504) - Kyoto, JAPAN - JUL 8, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2016 At my Uncle’s place during my trip to Canada last summer. It poured an orange-gold with a nice floral hop aroma. The taste was a classic easy drinking APA, light, refreshing & with a clean dry bitter finish. It didn’t blow me away but didn’t disappoint. Solid. Rated from memory. 3.3 pushkinwow (2962) - Ottawa, CANADA - JUL 7, 2013
Well this is lame to see Canucklehead aliased to this average brew...
Great Lakes canucklehead on cask at Volo. Cloudy orange gold color. Sharp apricot and sweet stone fruit aroma. Soft silky mouthfeel on a medium body. The taste is crisp bitter orange and peaches. On cask and with the citra it shot up to a 3.8
500ml can from the beer store, but randomly but pretty happy I did. Somewhat hazy pale yellow with a nice white head, some fresh citrus and floral hops, bittersweet with a decent maltiness, balanced, moderate carbonation and body, smooth. May have to pick up a few of these for the summer. Freaky_tiki (1406) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 6, 2013
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2014 Can’t believe this is my first time trying this. Pours honey brown with a soft cap that gives up its ghost quickly but offers serious lacing as the beer makes its way down the glass. Aroma promises hops & while they don’t pop as much as I’d want they balance well with the bitterness. I prefer their more creative offerings but this is a solid pale ale that delivers what you’d want.

appearance and aroma were good, poured well. Immediate citrus/pineapple taste, then an extreme bitter aftertaste. 6 people around table trying beers, none would take second taste. Atheist_Peace (1042) - Halifax, Nova Scotia, CANADA - JUL 1, 2013
Big ol’ can. Hazy golden honey pour with an almost white head that leaves a fairly thick ring of lace. Fresh citrus notes with a light burnt note, some grain and a little off note I can’t quite identify. Less citrus on the palate (but it’s still there) with a light caramel flavour. Slightly astringent with a hint of cardboard. Decent enough for a session brew. lagerette (30) - - JUN 20, 2013
473 ml. can. Pours Clear golden colour with rich beige head that keeps well with some lacing. Aroma piney, plums, apple and citrucy hops. Taste at the beginning piney and citrucy and then very bitter from hops. Also sweet but bitter finish. Moderate carbonation. Not a bad IPA from a nice brewery. schedia (14) - - MAY 29, 2013
