COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s been said that “Canada is the only country in the world that knows how to live without an identity.” This beer doesn’t help much with that crisis. From the fiercely irresponsible stereotypical image on the front of the can to the distinctly American style of the beer inside it – we’ve really made a mess of things. What have we done? Sorry.

Can @ benzai. Clear golden yellow with a medium to full sized white head. Smells hops, fresh, fruity, grapefruit, slightly grassy, nice. Tastes sweetish, hops, fresh, slightly malty. Light but very nice! Thin to medium body, sift carbo.

Can from The Beer Store August 2013. Labeled as "Crazy Canuck". Quite hoppy with citrus and floral aromas that fill the nose. Long finish.

Big can. Looks golden/amber. Aroma of a lot of citrusy and floral and resinous hops, some pale and light caramel malts, and some light dough. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. A really cool pale ale.

Sample from can at icbcf
Pithy grapefruit full bodied, decent bitterness, hazy gold, this is how all APAs should be made

UPDATED: SEP 10, 2016 At my Uncle’s place during my trip to Canada last summer. It poured an orange-gold with a nice floral hop aroma. The taste was a classic easy drinking APA, light, refreshing & with a clean dry bitter finish. It didn’t blow me away but didn’t disappoint. Solid. Rated from memory. 3.3

Well this is lame to see Canucklehead aliased to this average brew...
Great Lakes canucklehead on cask at Volo. Cloudy orange gold color. Sharp apricot and sweet stone fruit aroma. Soft silky mouthfeel on a medium body. The taste is crisp bitter orange and peaches. On cask and with the citra it shot up to a 3.8

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2011 On tap at volo. The aroma coming off this cask was incredible. Amazing juicy citrucy aromas. Every citrus fruit imaginable is in here somehwere. Good solid malting keeping the mouthfeel and bitterness in check and light enough to make this a solid drinking beer. Refreshing, and exploding with flavor. A really great beer.

650ml from the lcbo. Amber pour with a fluffy white head. I’m seeing alot of people talking about a buttery diacetyl aroma and flavor but I’m not getting any. I guess I got lucky. A great citrus aroma with some juicy hops and a slight caramel maltiness. Quite bitter in the finish but the hops are really nice with some great citrus notes. I’m really quite impressed.

Canette. Merci Patrick. 6/10

Labeled as "Crazy Canuck".
BBD: 2016??
In short: a tasty pale ale.
Pours hazy to murky deep gold-orange, with nice frothy whie head. Some head retention, some lacing. Fruity, pine, earthy aromas. Medium body, average carbonation, some crispy texture. Taste is fruity, some resins, pine, fruity, moderate biterness. Balanced and enjoyable.
