May 2, 2012 - on draught at Volo. Really attractive bright hazy light banana yellow with a fairly large lasting white creamy/fizzy head. Pungent aroma (catty, almost citra-like) with tart fruit and light spice/yeast - really good stuff, not boozy, not too sweet - really good. Taste follows - light grain background, not as catty, more wheat/flour, the fruit seems to be green strawberry or raspberry, quite sharply tart, it works well with the yeast, even cranberry pucker there - and hardly any alcohol character. Light body, quite acidic, decent but mild carbonation, finishes dry and acidic - just right on the palate, a terrific saison. Well done, GL. Spab (3905) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 16, 2012
On tap at Volo (as Great Lakes Deliverance). Pours a very lightly cloudy bright golden yellow with modest-sized white head. Aroma is lemon, other fruit and light spice. Flavour is lemon, apple, pear, light spice and grains. Dry finish. Refreshing. robinvboyer (4699) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 16, 2012
Herbal, citrucy hops. Grassy, hay like malts. Solid carb, mouthfeel was bang on. Medium bitterness, with some light funk, and a light tart finish with some good hopping on the end. whitecap (289) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 4, 2012

A hazed golden ale with a thin white headd. In aroma, a smooth grassy malt with light sulfury notes and catnip hops. In mouth, a more clover laden malt with catty hops and light acidity, a bit of incense notes, not bad. On tap at Volo, June 24, 2012.

UPDATED: JUN 26, 2012 [4423-20120505] Tap. Light Riesling white wine aroma. Slightly hazy, pale yellow orange body with a quick foamy white head and some spotted lacing. Light fishy saisony flavour has a lot of underlying straw notes but nothing too out of place. Light-medium body. Subtle and welcoming. (7/3/7/4-/16) 3.7

Draught at Volo. Pours a hazy yellow with green hues and a small diminishing frothy white head. The aroma smells great! It’s herbal and hoppy along with citrus fruit, sweet malt and some light sweetness. Very nice flavour: Fruity, citrusy and herbal along with wheat and light hops. Average to medium bodied. Fantastic, I could drink this all night. Radek Kliber (7369) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - MAY 15, 2012

2012-06-17. Lightly hazy pastel yellow body with a nice white head. 3+ Pleasant aroma, sweet fruity citrus, light pale malt, yeasty fruit character, something else I can’t put my finger on. Flavour is similarly fruity, sweet orange up front quickly transitions to punchier lemon/grapefruit citrus in the finish. Decent amount of bitterness lingers in the finish and aftertaste. Really mild spice touches. Average bodied palate is slightly lighter than my preference but it adds to the drinkability of it on a warm day. Pretty interesting and pretty nice stuff. Very drinkable. 73/8/3/16 - 3.7On tap at Bryden’s Best of the West, Toronto
2012-05-05. Lightly hazy dark yellow, modest white head lace. 3+ Flavour is relatively dry, very light alcohol, light floral hop bitterness over mild pale malt core. Very light fruity touches linger in the finish, alternating with dry pale malt. Very light funk around the edges. 7+ aroma is fruity and floral, bit of a dry wheat like kick, can’t quite put my finger on a descriptor of the fruit. Sort of pear meets lychee but not quite. Seems slightly sweeter as it warms up. 7+ Average plus palate is fairly effervescent. 3+Pretty solid. Not an every day one for me but lovely if in the mood for it. 8/3/7/3/16 - 3.7 On tap at Volo, Toronto
On Tap. Nice wheat characteristics. Hazy straw pour. Lots of orange, grapefruit, grass and yeast. Light and soft. Nice complex citrusy balance. Medium bready finish with minerality. Tasty.
