July 6, 2012 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs, mabel & tupalev. Bomber c/o j&m. 72 IBU and 7.2% ABV. Clear light gold with a smallish frothy off-white head. Subtle aroma - floral/grassy, some heather - nice, a little more like a good bitter golden ale than an IPA. Taste follows, just drier, more intense bitterness and more alcohol presence. Light body, mild carbonation with a sneaky medium-long bitter finish - very floral in the afteraste, I quite liked this, I think it would be terrific on cask. jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 10, 2012
2012-07-06. Lightly hazy bright orange body with a small beige head. Interesting aroma, sort of grassy, lightly fruit hops, very mild malt. Nice. 7+ Similar hoppy flavour, quite grassy but more pleasantly so than I usually mean by that. Very lightly fruity hop notes, pleasant bitterness throughout. 7+ Very smooth average plus to medium bodied palate suits the beer. 3+ Miami Weiss like in overall impression but with a very different hop profile. Solid stuff, the hop profile was not what I was expecting from Saaz and was perhaps more to my taste than I expected. Very nice. Bottle from the brewery has been in our cellar a couple of months. blankboy (7808) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 2, 2012
Draught at Volo. Dec. 20, 2011. Pours a slightly cloudy golden-orange with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Good lacing on the glass. Aroma has a good amount of hops along with yeast and light spices. Flavour’s nice and hoppy (I don’t really get Saaz but it’s hoppy) along with a long, dry, big bitter finish. Medium bodied. Good stuff, I quite enjoyed it. Radek Kliber (7483) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - DEC 20, 2011

Aroma citrus, grapefruit, clean hop character with soft sweetness behind. 7+
Appearance hazed amber with medium creamy white top. 3+.
Flavor and Palate : soft medium bodied ale. Strong herbal , green leaf like notes ending with lemon grass. Smooth mid. Easy going smooth as ice tea like ending.
Hazy pale amber pour with a thick sticky white head. The nose is loaded with bright fresh zesty noble hops and what seems to be fairly distinct yeasty spice component as well. Assertive bitterness and a touch of Munich malt character. Impressively dry finish. Long lingering finish. Solid.
