Cask at Volo. Orange-brown with a small head. Aroma is mild, but appealing, with sweet citrus and a hint of brown sugar. This beer is very drinkable, with the sweet citrus, medium mouthfeel, and medium-low carbonation. rejtable (2837) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 16, 2012
Cask from C’est What? Up front citrusy with a nice malt balance in the middle then a long bitter finish. Light in the mouth with that great cask mouthfeel that you’d hope for. Pours orangey with good lacing. Lubiere (14151) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 31, 2012
An orange amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a beautiful flowery hops with citrus points, grassy and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with British hops, slightly resinous, nice and smooth, light butterscotch. On tap at Arrow and Loon, March 28, 2012. cyrenaica (1159) - Milton, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 17, 2012

I tried this beer on tap on March 15, 2012 at "C’est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a thin off-white head. The aroma is light fruits, grains, spices, and some floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is spicy, creamy, with a hint of light fruits.
Tap at the charity barbeque. This one was amazing, it poured a really nice colour, alittle bit darker then a pale ale. it taste had a really fruityness and it had a nice citrusiness too it as well. the taste was soo good. I recommend this one if you see this anywhere. the beer was just a really good blend of malts and everything. It tasted even better when it was warm, which I would say was a really good sign. My guess would that this would only be on tap.

Half pint at GLB Volo tasting. Pours a light golden with decent white head. Aroma is citrusy hops, some malt. Taste is full of grapefruit, lemon and tangerine with good malt supporting the hop bite. Certainly a well structured APA and a really tasty one. strowlands8 (244) - Ontario, CANADA - FEB 26, 2011
Cask at Victory Cafe in Toronto.Pours dark gold with a big white head and slightly cloudy. The aroma is citrusy and a little bit piney. The taste is a lot of citrus fruit with a lot of wheat bear flavour coming through as well (banana bumble gum) not sure if that is intentional but still lovely.Bitterness lingers a little but the biggest thing here is the citrus and banana really nice beer, seems a little fruity but i like it. Cask at Volo. Amber golden, hazy pour with a light white lace on top. The nose is lightly citrusy with a mix of lemon peel and orange/grapefruit. There is a nice leafy dry-hopped character as well with a touch of wheat malt character mixed in with the base malts. Light spiciness along with a touch of herbal hoppiness. Lingering resinousness. It’s really a sort of US-UK hybrid that actually works pretty well. VeloVampire (625) - Parkdale, Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2010
Cask at Volo - arrived an opaque apricot, with a foamy, lasting hand-pull head. Beautiful pine/citrus aroma, a bit of tropical fruit in there as well. Flavour fairly simple but expertly put together - pine, lemon, grapefruit pith, sweet, smooth malt backing. Absolutely silky mouthfeel, long, satisfying bitter finish. An excellent cask beer, and an excellent session ale. Very moreish. Another winner from Great Lakes, these guys continue to impress. Hope this one becomes a regular cask addition to their lineup. Cask @ Volo.
Huge citrus nose, clodgy yellow/gold, pours a small white head. Flavour has plenty of grapefruit, orange with a touch of lemon, some good malt backs it all up. Medium bodied, very nicely balanced, beautiully bitter. A fine session!
