Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Clear copper color and a thick white head. Aroma is a little pine, a little malt, and a hint of citrus. Initial taste is pine, floral, rye?, and caramel malt to balance things out. Aftertaste is a light pine bitterness. A creamy medium body with just enough carbonation. A great pale ale that doesn’t go too far. Well-balanced and drinkable. jksipa (956) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 7, 2017
On tap at Great Lakes CLE. Clear medium copper with a small short lived white head leaving patchy lace. Light caramel with some pine and citrus but nothing standing out. Flavour has the light sweet malt base with a medium bitterness. Mouth is medium- and slick with average carbonation and a fading bitter finish. Didn’t quite live up to expectations.

Very pleasant, drinkable pale ale. Smooth enough to go down easy but had just the right amount of flavor and bite. markas101 (2468) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUL 19, 2017
