This is a fantastic beer with great taste and a great finish. It’s awesome right out of the bottle or for an extra treat you can rim a glass with cinnamon and sugar.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2006 One of my most favorite beers I have ever had. A gorgeous brown with red color. And a thick body with a thick head. The beer has a great sweetness with spice, malt, and hops in the aroma and flavor. Great alcohol content, but the alcohol never overpowers the flavor. The drink is smooth and you never get that much too bitter aftertaste in the back of your throat. Amazing.

quite simply--nectar of the gods! It’s impossible to just drink one of these babies. It has a lively festive taste and aroma, coupled with a most pleasing reddish hue.

One of my favorite beers. This is the perfect beer for a cold winter. High alcohol content keeps you warm. Great, rich color. Complex, spicy flavor. Drinking one feels sinful, like eating a snickers bar. Perfect.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2005 One of my favorites. It has a pretty complex teste with all the spices blended into it. It’s expensive, but gets you drunk quicker than any beer I’ve had. Don’t pound them on an empty stomach. Available from late October-early January. Doesn’t transport very well; it picks up a very skunky and spoiled taste after packing it and driving for a while. And drink it quickly before it goes bad in the fridge.

You can smell the cinnamon and spice they add to this beer making its smell distinctive, the taste is flavorful with a hint of raisin

Pours a nice copper/orangish color. Very little head. Aromas of cinnamon, honey, cloves...just a sweet smelling beer. Taste is delicious. Sweet and malty at first that fades off to a real "herbal" flavor. Slight hop bitterness at the very very end. Overall one of my favorite Christmas beers.

The ultimate winter beer and probably my single favorite alcoholic beverage of any kind. Deep taste, great aroma and at 7.5% BVA it doesn’t take many to get you in the Christmas spirit. 20/20

This is the best Christmas ale on the market, it is robust yet easy to drink. The notes of cinnamon are not overpowering.
