[5505-20130619] Tap. Yeasty fresh fruity bread dough aroma. Slightly hazy, pale yellow brown body with a quick foamy white head. Strange strawberry-infused straw yeast flavour. Medium body has a light bitter finish. Good. (7/3/7/4/14) 3.5

Overheard: "He’s always gotta start with the long dong."
On draught at Volo. Hazy amber tinged gold with a small off-white head. Fruity and floral funky aroma - jeez it’s awesome! Taste follows, more alcohol and fruit. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, mild carbonation, quick dry floral finish - light on the funk but damned good! JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 22, 2013
Tap at BarHop. Bright golden pour with a fairly cloudy appearance. The nose is softly tart and lightly wheaty. A soft sort of mixed spiciness with a bit of clove and some other estery character. There is a difference in the brett character here with it falling a bit more into the B lambicus vein, Bright citrus and sweet hops. Light flintiness on the finish but less intense than the other
brett beers here tonight. Lovely. neongolden (1606) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 20, 2013
(Draught at Barhop, Sept 19 2013) Pours a cloudy dark gold, whisp of a white head, no lace. Aroma is quite punchy, a combination of citrus hops, tart and funky Brett yeast character and a bit of pale malt. Flavour lets the Brett work well, somewhat funky from the off but with bright citrus hop character and probably some Brett contribution to the fruit as well. A little bit of grass/hay to it later on, and it also picks up more of a tart farmhouse quality which is offset by decent levels of bitterness from the hops. Finishes bitter with a sour/tart edge. Body medium, carb medium and effervescent. Pretty complex, quite tasty farmhouse, Brett really works well here but doesn’t take over the beer. I really like it. blankboy (7662) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 27, 2013
Draught at Bar Hop. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with a small semi-lasting frothy white head. Wondeful aroma has lots of bretty goodness and hops along with some malt and citrus. Flavour’s just as nice, yeasty and hoppy along with some citrus and a bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. i loved this!

2013-06-19. Lightly hazy orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma is moderately funky, barnyard kissed pale malt, light citrus notes. Flavour starts out with a moderate but pleasant bretty barnyard funk right off the bat. Moderate bitterness and pleasantly citrus kissed hops follow. Muted grassy accents. Subtle but ultra quaffable. 8+ Average bodied palate, pleasant carbonation. 3+ Nice stuff! On tap at Bar Hop, Toronto solidfunk (8838) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - JUN 22, 2013
I think I remember liking the regular Deliverance better. This one’s a little unbalanced. Pours cloudy blond with minimal lacing, no head and low carbonation. Some brett in taste but doesn’t integrate well with the hay and yeast. Finishes sour and bitter. On tap at Barhop. Sammy (12091) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 19, 2013
Really good farmhouse, on tap at Bar Hop tap takeover. The brett, the yeast, and some orange citrus hops all work together well. A nice mouthfeel, flavourful, all the edges or potential edges have gone away. Very good drinkability.
