Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of citrus and straw, leading to a dry bitter finish. Im not overly impressed.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of Storm/sliffy. Cloudy, amber golden with an off-white head. Fat aroma of citrus and oily hops. Quite full-bodied with sweetish caramel, spicy with a very hoppy finish. OK if not exactly outstanding. 310807

Very light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and slightly viscous, semi dry with fine carbonation. Smooth malts precede alcohol dryness and spice. Little resinous pine and citrus. Mild hop spice. Light finish. Clunky but passable.

Draft at Birreria Paradiso. Variegated, cloudy amber and yellow. Aroma of lemon and lime. Taste has lots of citrus, bitter middle and finish. Definitely the surprise of the day, a very nice IPA.

Cloudy orange-amber color. Good hopping, powerful and resiny, a bit fuity (bitter oranges); but the sweetness and malt flavor are not enough for me; there is also a light vegetables touch. Good.

Bottle, 22oz. It pours a slightly unclear golden body with an off-white head diminishing rather quickly. Hop-driven aroma leaving room for the sugary malts. Pine and resin. Sure nice, but a bit gentle maybe. Very sugary flavor, sure on the malty side, with pine and resin. Full body. Long finish with sugary malts, resin and pine. Delicious, but not in the west coast way. A: The pour is a dark amber color, maybe copper, with a fingers worth of moderately dense white head. S: Um, this is a DIPA? Sweet and cracker-forward malts with some hints of oranges. Hints of pine, if youre feeling generous. T: More of the same on the palate. A mild-to-moderate level of bitterness with plenty of biscuit and cracker malt flavor. Fairly bready with a bit of sweetness too. M: The mouthfeel is good, at least. Medium in body with moderate carbonation. D: This was really disappointing, I must say. Neither the nose nor the flavor were like anything you would expect from a DIPA.

12 oz. bottle, sent from mista (thanks a lot, Geoff), pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma of resinous hops, some tropical fruits, and a little bit of butterscotch notes. Flavour is big and bold, with loads of resinous hops, some tropical fruits (oranges, a little mango and pineapple), and a bit of sweet caramel malt. Exceptionally well-rounded, finishing both hugely hoppy and moderately malty. Extremely high drinkability. Excellent stuff.
