Sample at Great Lakes for the CBW Collaboration Kickoff on 10/09/2015. The beer pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, spices and yeast. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, coriander, fruit and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a grassy yeast aftertaste. Decent overall. b33r (875) - Ohio, USA - NOV 8, 2015
Light gold color with little head and no lacing. Aroma and flavor have perfumey notes, coriander, and light spices. Okay spicy yeasts with faint grassyness. Okay overall, kind of bland mhodar94 (1) - - OCT 28, 2015 does not count
Tried a sample at the brewpub. Don’t know much about saisons but I love craft beer and I thought this tasted like salad dressing. No good for me. Panzuriel (2324) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - OCT 8, 2015

The taste is malty with more yeast, banana and decent malt. Body is a touch lively and smooth. a nice saison. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 28, 2014
Pours slightly hazy orange golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma brings a bit of ginger and lemongrass for sure blended with saison yeast as the base. Body is lighter and smooth with sweet saison yeast, but no funk and vague spiciness.
