Draft at brewpub. Clear amber hue with medium head that diminished slowly. Medium hoppy aroma. Smooth medium flavor with a good long finish. Very refreshing brew.

On draught at Gallo’s Tap Room in Columbus: Pours yellow-gold with a thin white head that lasts awhile. Thin rings of lacing. Grassy hops aroma with hints of malt. Light, dry body with floral hops and earthy malt flavors. The finish is somewhat bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. While not normally one of my favorite styles, I found this Pils rather enjoyable.

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2007 Draught @ Dilly Deli in Cincinnati. Pours a clear gloden color with a small white head. The aroma was mainly grassy hops. The flavor is much of the same. Decent bitterness, but not much else going on. Mouthfeel is thin and watery, low carbonation. Thanks, but I wouldn’t have this again.

jercraigs (10921) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 3, 2007
Draft at the brewpub. Light yellow body, with a small white head. Very floral (Saaz?) hops in the aroma. Flavour is milk with the floral hops of the aroma the dominant flavour. Light bitterness, and very light cheesy notes mixed with the floral of the hops. Average palate. Decent, but is not a sufficiently good example to wow me in a style I don’t care much for.

crystal clear yellow, fine off white head, layers of drippy lace, grainy malt aroma with a hint of corn, sweet malt flavor, lots of grain character, light bitterness for balance but stays well in the background, light floral hops,

[377-20070630] Tap @ Great Lakes (Cleveland, OH). Light petrol aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with a long-lasting foamy white head. Earthy flavour has sweet aftertaste. Light-medium body. Bland-esque.

JaBier (8307) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - JUN 20, 2009
On tap at the Great Lakes dinner at the Bethel Rd Winking Lizard on 6/11/09. Pours clear gold with no head. Very clean aroma with some creamy malt and a touch of hops. Creamy malt flavor up front with a crisp and slightly bitter hop finish. Tastes pretty nice sitting out on the patio on a warm June evening.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8164) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 25, 2007
Sampled on draft at Buffalo Wild Wings in Greensburg PA this beer poured a medium golden color with a small fluffy white head. The aroma was sour, tangy malts and light, crisp floral hops. The flavor was sour dry malts with a moderate floral hop presence. The finish was dry and hoppy. Not bad.

On tap at the VIntage Estates in Boardman, thanks Nits. Is this new? Only 15 ratings? Looks like the ubiquitous pale yellow american lager. Has a very nice creamy head. A little yeasty in its smell and perhaps I do detect a bit of lake erie fishyness in there. maybe it even has a little alky olfactory hit too. The first taste is a little bitter but not terribly. Seems stronger in the alky content, more so than other pils I’ve had. Finish has some hopp personality, not like and IPA, but getting close. Is there such a thing as impy pils? Leaves a medium bitter feeling on the back of the throat that lasts for a short time. Only half as good as Bavik Premium Pils.

Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - OCT 22, 2008
Draft at GL. Pours a yellow body with a white head. Sweet matly and grainy with light pils hops. Corny with a floral honey note. Simple and plain.
