Aroma is fruit/candy, citrus and creeping pine. The flavor is citrus/fruit, mild candy, grapefruit, malts, very lightly nutty and a bitter/mildly sweet finish.

12floz bottle, BBD: 07.10.2017, $3, pint glass. Appears light-orange with dirty white head. Juicy citrus nose translates to a grapefruit flavor with high bitterness. The body is fairly full, so that helps to support the strong hoppiness. A one-and-done beer for me.

Tap. Hazy darker rust orange. Some fruity hops, grass and candy in the aroma. Flavor is a bit more bitter, grassy, bitter, touch sweet fruit in the middle. Medium body.

Poured from the bottle an amber color with an off white head. Malty aroma. Strong bitter piney flavor. Not as much malty sweetness if found in other Midwest IPAs. I welcome change from my NE Juice bombs. John L - Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle pours a slightly hazy amber/dark orange with moderate off-white head that leaves clumps of lacing. Aroma has pine resin, bready malts, vegetables and some citrus fruit. Taste is more bitter than sweet, but certainly less bitter than an average IIPA - this is one of the most malt-forward IIPAs I’ve tried. There is lots of malty sweetness in the middle, with a dry finish. Body is medium with slight carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Alcohol is well hidden. Not at all what I was expecting given the style. I would probably rate it higher if it was classified as a regular IPA, a brown ale, or something other than my favorite style.

Poured from bottle AROMA - hops, toasted malt. APPEARANCE - good lookin orange gold, lacing. FLAVOR - big piney, floral grassy hops, semi sweet malt, pineapple, earth. PALATE - bold as a DIPA should be. OVERALL - I would definitely buy again

12 oz bottle. Pours golden amber with an off-white head and sparse small particles. Fruity citrus and tropical hop aromas, tea and toasty malts. Flavor has citrus, grassy/herbal hops, a touch of tea. Decent, but I wouldn’t mind a bit more flavor.
