12 oz bottle. Pours amber with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of citrusy hops, orange marmalade and caramel malt. Body is full and crisp. Citrusy hops dominate the palate, while caramel malt and ripe fruit provide some support. Finish is long, dry and spicy. Excellent brew. mbouchet (4) - Dayton, Ohio, USA - MAY 26, 2014 does not count
My favorite beer of all time. I love Rye and along with a strong complex, hop flavor it has everything I want in a beer. DiarmaidBHK (4891) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 26, 2014
Bottle from Wegman’s Leesburg. Pours dark orange with a thin white head. Has a lot of lacing. Has some solid rye notes on the nose. Has some decent citrus on the tongue along with some of that rye spiciness. Finishes clean. Not bad. haddon90 (1634) - Newport Beach, California, USA - MAY 25, 2014
Bottle. Pours a clear copper color. Strong hoppy aroma with the rye lingering. Nice, smooth hoppy taste. Good rye bite in the finish. Real solid IPA. conway (2210) - - MAY 25, 2014
Bottle. Clear amber with a thin eggshell head. Aroma is bitter with notes of apricot and peach. Taste adds some caramel malt, spicy rye and a little alcohol. Rich mouthfeel and moderate carb. Not bad.

Pours a hazed butterscotch orange amber with a creamy white head that fades somewhat quickly to a thick rim and light coating. Aroma is semi-sweet caramel malt and rye grains with a touch of mango. Taste is strongly rye malts into grapefruit citrus and bitter floral hops. Aftertaste teases caramel malt but bitterness predominates. Spicy and a bit sticky. A high quality variation of the style. Amber pour with a creamy, white head. Sparse, but sticky lacing. Nose is malty with a strong citrusy hop component. Taste is moderately bitter. Full-bodied, delicious brew with lively carbonation and a long grapefruit finish. Very nice!

Good big rye that has nice flavor but it is a very heavy mouth and stickiness. Not much aroma or hopiness but enjoyable for a GL. In line with much of what else they do. Shot (533) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - MAY 17, 2014
From a bottle. Pours golden with a two-inch head. Good lacing. Aromas are bitter grapefruit, pine needles, and floral hops. Flavors are bitter citrus, pine, sweet dried apricot, and herbs. Finishes with lemon peel and sweet malt with a lingering hop bite. Smooth, creamy, somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Very nice IPA. zizzybalubba (1868) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - MAY 17, 2014
12 oz. bottle from Total Wine (Triangle), Raleigh, NC (best before June 24, 2014). Deep orange pour with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of citrusy hops with a healthy amount of rye. The rye also is at the forefront of the taste lending plenty in the way of sweetness and nearly overshadowing the grassy and tangerine hops. Medium bodied. A good IPA but a bit sweet for my tastes.
