COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a light style American pilsner. Rice is added to this brew to give it its light flavor and crisp, clean drinkability. this beer is a lager, which means it takes longer to ferment (and at a colder temperature) and the lager yeast helps make this beer clean, crisp, and enjoyable all day long!

Pours a golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is light crip malts. Flavor is light malts with a nice bitter hop finish. Not a bad pilsener.

Draft pint at the restaurant/brewpub: very clear yellow, but barely any color at all (influence of adjuncts). But it has a surprisingly robust malt-biscuity flaovr with a nice German-style hop finish. Not bad.
