On draught at the brewpub in Whitefish, Montana. Pours a light semi-hazed golden pale brew with a thin white head that quicjly dissipates to a fine film and good lacing. Aroma of sweet huckleberries, light flour bread malt and soft flowery hops. The berry scent is the strongest of all others. Taste is lightly carbonated, light bodied, with a good balance of malt and berry flavors. Finish is light, smooth with a lingering berry aftertaste. stevoj (5963) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 20, 2016
Bottle from Albertsons. Dull pour, aroma is berries, but seems candy-ish, flavor smooths out a bit, and body has a nice silky feel to it. Wheat is probably a nice base for this, and presents a decent summer quencher. BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUL 9, 2005
I love Huckleberries. So for me to give anything a low score with Huckleberries this beer must have missed the boat. The aroma was great but then this beer missed the huckleberry boat. There are much better huckleberry beers out there. Need to go to Idaho for these. chinchill (5451) - South Carolina, USA - JUN 23, 2017
12 oz bottle in Yellowstone NP: home of everything huckleberry.
Clear bluish amber body with a good off-white head. decent retention.
Aroma: Blueberries and faint hops.
Flavour: berries, baked wheat bread and light hops. Nearly as sweet as it is bitter.
Medium-light body with medium carbonation.

Copper color with a small head. Strong fruity, jam-like aroma. Lots of huckleberry. Tart berry flavor. The berry is strong enough it seems like it should be sweet, but it’s actually quite dry with a fair hop bite. Some caramelized sugar. A little dusty grain. Nice!

Pours pale yellow with a billowy head. Aroma is fruity sweet, but the flavor seems more dominated by a musty malt than whatever a huckleberry is supposed to taste like... oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - DEC 28, 2005
Pours a hazy golden brownish color. Aromas of mild berries, wheat bread, and a touch of hops. Flavor is a nice balance of soft fruit flavor with malts and a crisp dry finish. I’m not big on fruit beers, but this one has a subdued flavor, not over the top. IndianaRed (5208) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUL 13, 2017
Bottle pours a light dingy amber with a thin off white head. Decent huckleberry aromas and flavors. Otherwise mild plain wheat beer. muzzlehatch (4977) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 9, 2004
12 oz bottle, courtesy of Slikwily & Rastacouere. At first I thought, "Wild Huckleberry" what the hell? But... looks like a Wit, bright orange and hazy. Nose very fresh, strong berry presence but also vanilla and citrus. Flavor fruity, acidic, fairly full bodied for a lager, nice tart finish. I'm not blown away, but it was certainly a nice surprise (thanks again guys!) and an above average fruit beer. presario (4925) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 26, 2004
Chemical-like huckleberry aroma. Slightly cloudy pale yellow. I hope these are huckleberry seeds because they look like sperm. Initial baking soda quality. Very tart finish. Maybe not as bad as this rating sounds but not a combination I would continue brewing. #700.
