Cask Conditioned at The Castle, Furnival St., Londonharrisoni (19171) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JAN 2, 2009
Delicate, nice, caramel and fudge aroma. Round mouthfeel, smooth, with a good sweet caramel flavor, malt, toffee, and in the end, shy, a quality hopping appears. Good.
Cask handpull at The Castle, Holborn. Diacetyl. Some heat from the alcohol on finish, but too buttery for me.
