A special brew made for Cinco de Mayo, the Dos Pistolas Negra is a Mexican-style Dark Lager that is light, crisp, and smooth with just a hint of caramel. This brew also goes great with a lime!

Pours a dark clear amber brown with small, short-lived head and minor lacing. Aroma is lightly toasted bready malts. Taste is light overall, sweet light caramel malts. Palate is thin and a bit watery, but not overly dry and decently carbonated. Really easy drinking, but nothing outstanding.

Can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear, dark brown with minimal head. Aroma of coco, a little fruit and some grain. Taste is light bitter. Grains with citrus and coco. Light bodied with a thin texture. Soft carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, pretty good. Drinkable, light and refreshing. Nothing super special but still very enjoyable.
