On tap..Dark brown pour with tan head..aroma of coffee, vanilla, roasted malts..tastes of coffee, vanilla, fruit..not bad..
12oz bottle from JohnGonk. Pours black with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of chocolate covered berries, and some roasted coffee notes. Taste is much the same. Milk chocolate, roasted malt, sweet berries, and a hint of cardboard in the finish. nimbleprop (8928) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAY 21, 2014
4oz pour at the brewery. Pours a murky black with some sudsy brown head. Nose is pretty cool, dark chocolate, some currant, almost like toast with jam smeared over the top. Flavor follows suit, really interesting play between the toast dry malts and the berries, a little chocolate, a little molasses. Only mildly tart. Sweet finish. Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured black color with an average frothy brown head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium to heavy dark chocolate and soft berry aroma. Medium to full body with a dry smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy dark chocolate berry sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a good beer. alexsdad06 (11223) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - MAY 2, 2014
22 oz. bottle from nimbleprop. Pours dark brown to black in color with a small khaki colored head. The aroma and flavor are full of a nice berry character that I can only assume to be the snozberries. Additional lighter roasted malt and chocolate toward the finish. Chris mentioned a blue slurpee and I kind of get that too. Interesting stout and a welcomed change of pace. DrSilverworm (10000) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 1, 2014
22oz bottle, thanks to alexsdad06. Labeled 5%. Near black color. Thin lighter brown head, couple bits of lace. Head soon dissipates to minimal. Not much lace sticks. Awesome berry nose... I’ve never tasted snozberry, but I assume that this is snozberry, and that it tastes like snozberry. The only way I can describe it is blue slurpee. Some dark chocolate, good roast malt. Great moderate sweet taste, light tart taste. Love the combo of (snozberry?) and dark chocolaste. Blake says black currant, I see that, good descriptor. Nice, interesting stuff.

Growler. Pours black with a thin brown had that barely made it to the first sip and left no lace. Very pleasant aroma that is filled with ample chocolate, mild roast, and berries. The flavor is chocolate, mild roast, and berries with a touch of berry sweetness. Well rounded mouthfeel and fairly silky on the palate. Very mild bitterness at the finish. Very good stout. Really Good stout. With a name like snozberry I was expecting more berry notes. Can’t taste the berry but it doesn’t matter luvmyhops (26) - Amity Harbor, New York, USA - FEB 25, 2014
This is a fantastic beer, if only Veruca Salt would have told us all what the snoozeberry wallpaper taste like back in the 70’s we wouldn’t have had to wait this long for an amazing beer like this one. Grab it while you can! tgncc (3144) - Bellmore, New York, USA - FEB 25, 2014
Tastes like roast, mocha, light berries. Smell is the same, slighltly more berry. The appearance is deep black, tan head. Medium in body, thin for this style. The finish is roasted malt bitter. Decent.
