This is a full bodied oat stout. Whole malted oats are used for 10% of the grain bill. Roasted barley from the United Kingdom and chocolate malt make up 10% and the rest is two row barley. The whole oats leave behind a slightly nutty flavor. The coffee and chocolate flavors come from the roast and the chocolate malts.

eruizgarcia (380) - - NOV 25, 2012
Decent chocolate and coffee aromas in a light bodied harmless beer. Easy to drink, more like a porter. A bit too watery and lacking a punch when compared to a great stout.

dreamflower (794) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 13, 2012
I thought the texture was nice but overall the flavour was not really very interesting to me.

northropfrye (3791) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 13, 2012
The texture is very creamy and smooth. Excellent. Flavour and aroma not over pronounced. Sweet, milk, coffee. Nice.
