Minnesota Trip Beer #69. Keg at the brewpub, 5/9/16. Golden colored, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of doughy malt,mild floral and citrus notes. The taste is citrus hops and bready malt.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear light gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a light bread note with a bit of straw and a hint of grass. Flavor is full of bread and straw with a hint of biscuit underlying.

Tap. Light orange pour with minimal head. Nice mild biscuit and grain nose. Lighter palate. Taste is grain with some slightly sweet malts. Pretty nice.

Sampled via growler pour thanks to Doug H at the 29th Annual ABA Meeting in Bloomington, MN. Pours a clear golden yellow pale colored brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma of golden grain malt, some citrus and lemon zest hops, plus some grassy hops. Taste is light bodied, with flavors of golden grain malt, grassy hops and a hint of lemon. Finish is light, clean cut with a crisp aftertaste. Bring on the summer sessions!

On tap at the brewpub on 05/31/2009. Very clear golden body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet honey, pilsener malt and light grain aroma. Sweet honey flavor, some grainess with a bit of pilsener malt and a light grassy hop hint. Very clean. Medium light body with moderately high carbonation.

Draft @ Brewpub: Clear yellow, light white head and lacing. Nose of light husky malt, some light lemon and faint hops. Malty flavor, thin mouthfeel and a dry dusty finish. Lotion and lemon in the tail. Ok.
