COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We like to think “8 is the new 5” - this is our second IPA in the 8% series, a more “juice forward” lower IBU IPA that has become so popular here in New England.

We dialed the IPA to 8% ABV and transformed the hop profile to include dominant citrusy and tropical notes with minimal bittering notes. A juicy IPA lovers delight with a citrus grove aroma, smooth mouthfeel, and a subtle hazy yellow-orange color. Nectar of the hop gods!

Sampled at Julios Massachusetts Beer Fest. Excited to discover this new brewery today. Only tasted a couple of their brews but both of them were very good.

Fresh 16oz can "drunk" on 7/21/17.
Huge white head shows good retention due to all of the sugar and resulting yeast activity. Brassy-gold with a light haziness.
Another wretched, severely underattenuated, syrup bomb from this miserable brewery. Hops are almost enjoyable in the nose for a minute, showing light nectarine, pineapple and orange, but become garlicy/scalliony and the alcohol quickly cuts through everything.
Hard to manage more than half a sip or two; intensely sweet, syrupy and boozy. Off to the drain it goes.
Can't imagine this brewery making a non-drain pour.
Really hope Brewmaster's Tavern burns down (when no one is there, of course). Just a miserably disgusting contract facility full of awful, bad-homebrew-like breweries.

Golden color with small white head. Fresh citrus hop aroma. Medium full body. Flavor is mildly bitter and ends sweeter. Citrus hops with quite a bit of malt. Solid enough, lacking in some complexity.

Pours golden with (only) a slight haze and nice white head that has good lacing quality. Orange juicy hop aroma. Juicy orange hop flavor. Quite good but not notable for the NE IPA style.

Notes: can picked up in Boston, Jul ’17

Draft at Sturbridge seafood. Pours golden with a thin white head. Doesn’t leave much lacing. Lots of soft carbonation. A lot of grapefruit on the nose and tongue. Finished clean. Solid but doesn’t really strike me as a NE IPA.

Hazy, juicy, and fruity IPA. Grapefruit notes and pine. Great beer! I will buy again. It is an 8%er. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy deep golden color with a thin white head. Juicy fruity dare I say pulpy pithy citrus. Pretty good beer.

Moderately good new england ipa from an Oh My God all imerial brewery!!! Golden hazy pour with minimal head. Aroma is a bit doughy, resin, and orange rind. Taste is sweetish and yeasty with some good hop bite but overall needs work.

Tallboy can from Julio’s. Pours out a hazy light copper color. Not super cloudy. Frothy off-white head. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors with spicy pine. Light sweet backbone. Smooth texture. Long dry slightly sticky grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Quite tasty and enjoyable!
