Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy very nice caramelliv flavor. Alas not as nice flavor. Light bitter strange notes. Short weird finish. Watery palate.

50CL bottle courtesy of omhper. Pours brown and clear with a lingering tan head. Smells of light spice, nutty, earthy, some tea. Tastes spicy with some iced tea, peppery hints, herbal qualities. Simple spice hint on the finish.

Brown. Good head. Malty with spices and sugar. A balanced bitterness with floral tones, well suited for heavy food and snaps. A decent xmas beer but nothing special.

KnutAlbert (6798) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 26, 2009
Bottle. A fairly traditional Scandinavian Christmas beer. Lots of sweet malt, caramel malt to give color. Some spicy hops, sweet finish. If you want to boast of brewing craft beer, you should be a bit more inventive than this.
