Mahogany colour. Light brown head. Aroma is kind of straggling, sort of messy after using Tettnang, Magnum and Saaz(or whatever that was added as aroma hops). Rich, chocolatey maltiness plus a bit plastic-like. Smooth mouthfeel. Long finish with a medium bitterness. Svesse (8597) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 9, 2009
(Bottle) Dark reddish brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, dark chocolate, toffe, dried figs, caramel and roasted grain. Malty, roasty taste with brown bread, caramel, dried fruit and figs. Mainly dry, but with a fairly bittersweet, short finish. Medium body. Well balanced and tasty. Flavour is roasted malts along with some mild rye as well as mild chocolaty and dark dry fruity notes. Pleasantly balanced, and quite drinkable. larsga (7539) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 1, 2008
Biggish offwhite head. Deep red-brown body with carbonation. Rubbery cardboard aroma. Dry roasty cardboard malt taste with rubbery notes. Grainy aftertaste. Conclusion: don’t rate this after lots of extreme beers. Need to rerate. (0.5l bottle at Ole_R’s.)

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, roast malt, nuts and notes of fruits. I think this is a brown ale and not a vienna. gyllenbock (9157) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 10, 2009
