Bottle at WTF 4. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, oak, grape. Medium body, wheat, funky, tart grape, light dry finish, very good.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a soft burnt yellow color with a thin quickly dissipating finger’s worth of head. Barely any lace. The aroma takes in sweet and grassy hops flowing over tart and sour citrus rind. Acceptable level of white wine. Sly dry semi-sour "Brett." The flavor brings forth the sour very nicely with a nice blended level of the sweet grassiness. Quick sour to under sweet yet tart aftertaste rolling into a semi-sticky finish with the citrus. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Low carbonation. Sourness seems to break nicely on my tongue. Overall, nice American wild ale that I would have again.

Soft and bright lemon rind yellow pour with one finger short white head. Nose is tart and vinous with an earthy must, bready grain, and subtle fruit. Very lean and dry in the mouth with a soft flavor. Subtle barnyard funk and grassy notes. Some soft acidity and citrus. Very pleasant to drink.

Pours a hazy golden yellow from the bottle with thin bubbly white head. Aroma of funky brett notes, musty grape, and oak. Taste follows, funky up front, falls to sweet maltiness with a dry finish. Light and easy, but really great balance of flavor. Good stuff.

Pours a mostly clear yellow golden color with fizzy white head. Funk, white wine (chardonnay notes mostly), some oak, and a little citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with funk and barrel.

Thanks dave!!! Pours a pale honey color. Fluffy white head. Aromas are funk, white wine, lemon, vinegar. Tastes like it smells with a beautiful dry finish. This beer certainly didn’t lack flavour because of a low alcohol content. Very tasty.

The beer pours clear pale yellow with a white head. The aroma has wild yeast funk, minor tartness, under ripe peach and an off rustic malt presence. Out has a light crisp body with fairly light carbonation. The flavor starts off with mild tart nectar fruit, white wine, peppery spice and a floral pop. The finish is crisp bright grapes, husk and extremely refreshing. Excellent beer.
