, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of grapefruit and tangerine, some lemon, sweet malty base, hoppy bitter finish.
Excellent IPA. Fruity but subdued. IPAs are a competitive field lately, but this is top tier. oobawa (1793) - Tennessee, USA - JUL 7, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 3, 2017 Delicious IPA out of Florida, big on juicy tropical hops but matching this fruit onslaught with healthy doses of toasted biscuit and caramel malts. Opens with malt sweetness providing a solid base, then accentuates the pastry-esque backbone with tangerine and orange and pineapple hoppiness. Finishes with a clingy bit of pine, not overwhelming but with enough IBUs to keep the fade both bitter and semisweet. Pretty bright gold pour with a modest head and decent lacing, and the nose is a burst of tropical citrus and a tiny helping of cat pee. Good boisterous feel, lively but creamy enough to put back a couple in no time flat. Really tasty beer here. 50belair (3684) - Florida, USA - JUL 4, 2017
On tap at Das Biergarten. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Tropical fruit bouquet. Pine and citrus hop highlights. Not exactly overelming in the flavor department. In fact one might argue it’s a bit on the bland side. Decent balance with an underwhelming caramel malt backbone. Average body and mouthfeel.
