UPDATED: MAR 29, 2017 Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with big bubbly off-white head that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma of mild funk, hint of oxidized malt in the middle, and musty barrel at the end. Taste is more funky, hint of fruity must in the middle, dry finish. Carbonation is a bit over, not quite a hit for me.

500 ml bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, barnyard funk, citrus and white pepper. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, fruitiness, light funk and light yeast with a smooth dry lingering fruity finish.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts the aroma is earth, funk, brett, oak. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light dryness, good.

Bottle from brewery. Good lightly tart sour. Aroma mild but sweet. Lemon. Not for everyone die to acidity.

Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy orange with a 3-dimensional white head. The aroma is a tart mix of spice, fruit & funk. The flavor is lightly tart, maybe some cherry limeade with a dry finish. Light bodied, well carbonated.

Aroma - spices, wheat, and funk Appearance - cloudy sunglow yellow body, with great nucleation. The Head is 2+" and white, with foamy lacing. Taste - mixture of barnyard deep funky recesses, tropical fruit to include lemon, grapefruit, and stonefruit. There is also coriander and spiced wheat. Palate - medium body, lively carbonation, and dry funk finish.

From a bottle. Pours hazy amber with a fizzy beige head. Tastes like tart citrus, yeast, herb, biscuit malt, and light funk. Light body and medium carbonation. Smells like light funk, tart citrus, herb, and yeast.

Bottle from brewery. Pours bright golden amber. Aroma is brett, white wine, pale malts, light spice, floral notes, oak, and some tropical fruit notes. Flavor is dry and tasty with nice fruity and wine notes with some floral/grassy hop notes, light barrel character, and soft acidity. Medium body.

Bottle shared, pours hazy golden with small head. Butter and vanilla corn saison with off brett. Light to medium body.
