DuffMan (10271) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 29, 2005
Pale gold, clear, mildly skunky-hop nose. Nice palate of grassy hops, clean finish. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 12, 2004
on the plus side, it is a kiwi lager that is over 4% and has plenty of hop character and moderate bitterness. but it's strangely chewy and there is something medicinal in the finish eczematic (1325) - Adelaide, AUSTRALIA - JAN 7, 2004
a reasonable steinlager clone - crusper and hoppier than most kiwi lagers. - definitely a green bottle beer. little bit of sharp hops in aroma, not much flavour. bit of rancid butter in the aftertaste spoils it a bit. duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2003
Sweet and thin malty start (some caramelly malt), finish is lightly bitter and ever so slightly citric, relatively crisp and clean, but pretty boring standard sort of lager, but better than most. beerledgend (1196) - Waterloo, Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 5, 2003
nice orange colour, powered with big head. Had it too cold as had chill haze. Mild hoppy nose. Nice balance of bitterness and maltyness with clean finish.
Second organic certified beer.

Pale-golden colour, cloudy. Marshmallow aroma. Quenching citric flavour. Failry spritzy, moderate bitterness. Sweet at the start with a astringent/skunky finish.
