From the bomber for $5.99(+) alotta different hop flavors, very smooth, and the bitters behind it reminds you that you just drunk a bunch of hops. I would have liked to have the collectable surf board box though. ajnepple (6625) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 28, 2015
22 oz bottle shared, from Supermarket Liquors. Orange and clear appearance with a white head. Aroma of pine, grass and herbal hops, along with breaded, biscuit-like malts and light citrus notes. Similar flavor, moderate hop bitterness and a light dry finish. Pretty solid, but perhaps a bit dated. williamherbert (1544) - Syracuse, New York, USA - APR 20, 2015
Light orange color: excellent lacing. The aroma has an incredibly perfumed hop, unique to any other beer I can think of; flowery and fragrant. Whole cone hops, piney and metallic. Flavor is more metal, spicy orange peel/citrus, more perfume/flowers. Definitely a soft flower-petal component. Has a soft, soapy feel to it. No real bite on the way down. Very good, not quite sweet but soft like laundry but with lots of flavor. snoworsummer (5698) - baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 12, 2015
From a bottle. Pours hazy amber with a fizzy off white head. Tastes like grapefruit, caramel, resin, toasted malt, and some dry nuttiness. Light/medium body and carbonation. Smells nutty, like toasted malt, grapefruit, resin, and caramel. sonnycheeba (5988) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 12, 2015
Bottle. Pours mostly clear golden amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma is pineapple, cereal malts, floral and grassy hops, and faint spice. Flavor is dry and hoppy with great citrus, grassy, and piney notes along with light toast, and a spicy/woody finish. Medium body.

On tap at Ashleys. Pours an orange, cloudy Amber. Hoppy and lightly bitter. Good balance. Different but Classic at the same time.

This wasn’t great for me. Excessively yeasty and almost soapy, with astringent citrus flavors hidden by medicinal toothpaste and mintiness. Finis dries out as it warms, disappointing. PorterPounder (7970) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 4, 2015
Tallahassee, Fl - on tap - Proof Brewing - Tennessee St. Hazy, medium orange pour, light off white head, light lace. Aroma has some toe jam essence, some peaches, a touch of spruce. Flavor has a solid citrus bitter backbone, some nectarine fruitiness, some saffron spiciness. Thickish mouthfeel. Pretty solid. ben4321 (6510) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - APR 2, 2015

Aroma: The nose is fairly heavy pine/resin, tropical hops as well, basically just a big, hoppy aroma
Appearance: An unclear lighter orange color with a frothy white head and fairly coating, spotty lace
Flavor: The taste has is pretty heavily bitter, not balanced at all, but with a really nice hop flavor
Palate: The body is medium, with a fairly smooth feel, soft carbonation, and a long, dry finish
This beer really does nail the West Coast IPA stereotypes. Big, resiny, dry, and quite good. It isn’t a perfect beer, but it is right on style, and damn enjoyable.
I smell lime, pine & honey, fllavor is lemon & peel, malt syrup, and oak--bitter close to the edge but not over it. the body is perfect, with just a little heft. hoppy finish. looks fine. could drink a couple of these
