4 oz draft sampler pours golden with a white head. Aroma of bread, malt, fruit and citrus. Taste of malts, subtle sweetness and spices.
Draft at Capone’s. Poured trubid canary golden with white head that laced well. Tasted yeasty and funky pale malty, with notes of hops, spices, florals, and apricotty fruit. Complex and delicious.

September 8th, 2012 - Green Flash’s September event was a real hit. The 1950’s theme was cute, and it seemed like they brought out a lot of special beers that had been sitting somewhere in a back room, collecting dust and passively being coveted. I started the event with their 2012 Belgian Blonde, a fresh smelling brew with a lot of wheat on the nose, and a mild soapiness. Tinier notes of vanilla and yeast give it some nasal complexity that, together, makes this murky, fried food colored brew smell like a buttered roll. The taste is light and clean, mirroring the aroma with a buttered roll taste, with the added benefit of hops to outline and contain the flavor. cbfobes (2883) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - FEB 22, 2014
On tap at Dexters, pours a hazy gold with a thick white head, the aroma is of fruit with some Belgian yeast and candy notes too, the flavor has some fruit and yeast on the front end with a dry finish, ok mouthfeel, not bad. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - OCT 13, 2013
Hazy golden amber. Very crisp clean slight yeast smell. Almost smokey wheat taste. Leaves a slight coating but yet refreshes. jaghana (6014) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - SEP 16, 2013
Bottle a clear copper beer with good head. Nose is intense on hops, grapefruit and light brett like notes. Aroma is mostly dry, lot of agrume and grapefruit touch, notes of Saison beer, belgian yeast, ok but very phenolic and yeast like..

Wife ordered this on draft at Roasthouse Pub in Frederick, MD. Served room-temp in a tumbler, golden color with white head. Snagging a few sips it had aroma of sweet grainy pale malt and some citrus notes. Taste really only adds some light peppery spiciness to the aroma. Light body, moderate carbonation, creamy body with a dry finish. Easy drinking for the style. blutt59 (6562) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUL 3, 2013

On tap at Craft and Growler. Pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma is full of biscuit malt and some Belgian yeast. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of biscuit and grain notes, as well as some orange citrus and lemon notes. There is also some light toffee, pepper and Belgian yeast. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. skmikeg (1826) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Pours a orange with a one finger white head with decent lacing. Aroma is weak and is of light belgian yeast, bready malts, and some sour fruits. Taste is similar but more robust with some nice sweet malts and citrus hop. Has a medium body with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, medium short, refreshing finish. Overall, a pretty tasty, drinkable belgian ale.
