From bottle. Pours a very white vigorous but short lasting head. Color is bright amber. Very sour with citrus, apple, and oaky flavor. I’m not normally a sour beer fan but this was interesting and very drinkable. Travlr (26198) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 18, 2017

On tap. Pours a clear gold with light head. Aromas of funky green oak, grapes and citrus. Flavors of same with tart lemon and sharp malted wheat. derA (398) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - MAR 19, 2017
tap @ tap & bottle: quite a pale and semi-clear appearance, smell is inviting white wine aromas with some minerals and a lot of berries, some acetone is perceivable but not dominant. Retronasally, acetone becomes more pungent and takes quite a bit of the otherwise refreshing experience away. Aftertaste is solvent and otherwise lovely berry white wine. Quite nice, especially for the low abv but certainly not a lambic... Oakes (19010) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 9, 2017
Hazy and pale. Thin head. Has lots of that grapey, bretty wood character on the nose. Tart, woody, with a nice fruity, floral hop taste. Really refreshing.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2017 Tap at Cellar 3. Pours slightly hazy amber. Aroma is oak, vanilla, pale malt, lacto/pedio, red grapes, and faint citrus. Flavor is an awesome acidity/sourness throughout that?s layered with soft barrel character, soft red wine notes, and a dry, funky finish. Light/medium body. glennmastrange (2930) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JAN 23, 2017
Bottle. Light to moderate bread, grain, and straw for the malt, light to moderate flowers and lemon for the hops, heavy to harsh musty basement, mold and soap for the yeast, with white wine vinegar, crabapple, ginger and coriander in the background. Head is small to average, frothy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is light golden amber. Flavor starts heavily to harshly acidic and sour, then finishes heavily acidic and acetic, and a bit salty. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation and a very tart finish. drjay44 (3852) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JAN 8, 2017
750 ml. corked and caged bottle. Bottled May17 2016. Pours a medium, well retained ivory head, over a hazy, yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is light sourness, slight Brett funk, ginger, orange, mild vinous tones, grains of paradise.......taste is moderately lactic sour, with mild Brett funk, orange, grains of paradise, ginger, mild vinous tones, no hops, balance to the microbes, additives and barrels...mouth feel medium light body, no alcohol, high carbonation, mild lightly puckery acid tartness. This is a lightly acid and tart Sour/Wild Ale with many things going on in both aroma and flavor because of the additives and barrels. It is a very easy drinking Sour.
