On tap at Pinocchio’s. Apple cider colored pour, no head. Phew! This smells like it will strip the enamel off my teeth...not in a bad way. Nothing subtle about this. 750ml corked bottle. Funky Brett aroma with notes of oak tannins, red wine, vanilla, Belgian yeast and green apple. Pours clear golden colored with a thin off white head that has half a finger of off white head that has decent retention and good lacing. Starts with vinous red wine and oak tannins flavor as well as light vanilla notes. Finishes dry and smooth with funky Brett and spicy Belgian yeast combining nicely with a little bit of tart green apple. Very nice sour brew.
