(Bottle) Orange-red amber body with a medium beige head. Fruity, tart brett aroma; cherry, wine, oak, vanilla, hint of cloves. Medium to full body, creamy texture. Flavor is strongly bitter and tart; lemon, grapefruit, sour cherry; wine and oak; alcohol is forward and warming; moderately sweet but a dry, bitter finish; musty and dank.

750ml corked bottle. Funky Brett aroma with notes of oak tannins, red wine, vanilla, Belgian yeast and green apple. Pours clear golden colored with a thin off white head that has half a finger of off white head that has decent retention and good lacing. Starts with vinous red wine and oak tannins flavor as well as light vanilla notes. Finishes dry and smooth with funky Brett and spicy Belgian yeast combining nicely with a little bit of tart green apple. Very nice sour brew.

Poured from a bottle. Pours hazy peach color with well laced beige head, Aroma is moderate farmhouse, cheese and brettanomyces.. Flavor is a cheesy, funky farmhouse brettanomyces with notes of fruit and citrus hops, tart with a good balance, light bitterness and a dry hop finish.

Pours a cloudy reddish peach, small but frothy ivory head. Aroma is white grape peel, wood, sweet booziness, peach, year, brett. Heavy peach and apricot, nice tingle, woodiness... Delicious, dry finish!

Flavor is tart citrus hops, funky farmhouse Brettanomyces with bready malt, medium bitterness and a dry finish. Medium-full body and moderate carbonation.
