Pours a thin black with a finger of brown head that clings nicely to the glass. Nose and taste are of dark chocolate, a trace of coffee perhaps, roasted malts, and mellow hops. This is a nicely balanced easy drinking beer. Quite enjoyable at 8.8%. I love big stouts but on a cool fall evening, kicking back with the wife and kid this beer is big enough to warm small enough to drink alone. Overall I would have to say this beer fit my mood and tastes tonight perfectly.

12oz bottle, pours pitch black with a decent tan head and lacing through out the glass, the aroma is huge with dark chocolate and some coffee, the flavor has a nice chocolate front with coffee in the finish with a roasty touch, nice. ogivlado (8316) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 25, 2011
Bottled 355ml. -from Kihoskh, Copenhagen. Different label than this one on the pic. Oily black coloured, big creamy brown head, chocolate and alcohol in the nose. Roasted (almost burnt) malt, bitter chocolate and light licorice with strong but pleasant alcohol presence. Quite complex and superb stout. jtd6628 (362) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Great beer. This is a dark smooth stout with lots of flavor. The taste is a nice sweetness.

12oz bottle. Pitch black color, one-finger brown head fading to just a splotch of webbiness floating on the completely opaque surface. Some sparase lace. Really nice roasty dark bitter aroma. Not too much chocolate, not too much coffee. Just pure double-stout roastiness. Good, thick, big creamy mouthfeel. Mild and quick carbonation. Nicely done imperial stout, very satisfying. pineypower (3350) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - OCT 16, 2011
