On tap at Engine 15. So-so drinking beer. No aroma. Light yellow with a lace sheet. Bland though a dry lightly hopped finish was pleasant. rbrazell (1698) - Florida, USA - DEC 8, 2012
Draft at Fermentation. Clear yellow pour with a frothy white head. Aroma of grainy malts, yeastiness and floral hopiness. Flavor is crisp and clean with some backing bready sweetness and floral hopiness. Clean quick ending and medium light bodied. I can get down with this. jbruner (4697) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - DEC 7, 2012
Pours a pale yellow on tap with thin white head and light lacing. Aroma of pilsener, munich, and shitty corn malts. Taste follows, slightly dry finish. Decent for the style, but I hate pilseners. Getbetter (1033) - East Palo Alto, California, USA - NOV 17, 2012
From a tap, looks like water with a hint of yellow, clear, i really do not care for this beer even if it is for a good cause. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 3, 2012
On tap from a keg labeled "East Village Pilsner". Clear yellow color. Good foamy big white head, leaves good lace. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Not as fizzy as the name might lead you to believe, definitely nothing like the macros, actually kind of a nice texture. Medium body, more dry texture. Aroma is bready and lagery. Not over-hopped, pretty clean aroma, light bitter, hint of skunk, light metal. Pretty drinkable and inoffensive overall, that’s the best I think I can hope for from fizzy yellow beer.

On tap at Birch and Barley. Pours a bit of a deep gold with some spitty, white head. Nose is nice, yeasty, bready, some citrus punching through, grass. Flavor was the same, grassy, meyer lemon, white bread crust, yeasty dough. Medium bodied, clean dry finish. Very nice. craftycarl21 (2338) - Seattle, Washington, USA - OCT 15, 2012

Fizzy goodness. Good body (not as much as mama's) but excellent! Would recommend.
