I have to say that I am pretty impressed with this. Definitely goes in the citrusy direction, with a big long-lasting head and a cloudy yellow appearance. This is is hoppy, zesty and citrusy all together. And really easy to drink. A solid bite to the finish. Excellent. RolkaNation (141) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 5, 2012
Bottle poured into tulip. Fantastic appearance...pale golden in color, hazy, large soapy white head. Complex, rich aroma full of piney/floral hops, belgian spice, tripel-like yeast, and even hints of German hefe banana as well. Exquisitely complex and balanced. Taste stacks up! A citrus hop bitterness starts things off before a sweeter middle with nice Belgian spice support holding it up. A dry bitter finish caps it off. This is an incredibly unique, tasty beer with a lot going on it but all balanced very nicely. Wonderful. StephLJensen (15) - California, USA - MAY 18, 2012
Hazy yellow in color, poured out of a 22oz bottle. Looks like a white ale, super frothy, long lasting head. Nose is full of wheat and floral notes, lots of citrus. Flavor is very "white ale", lots of wheat and really good mouthfeel, full-bodied with hoppy bitterness on the finish. This beer was completely under the radar and I have not had one like it before. davidajensen (206) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 28, 2012
Yellow gold with a creamy white lacing. Oily lacing sticks to the glass. Smell of piney hops and a taste of Belgian yeast in an American style. Well done beer. craftbeerdesign (2254) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JUL 12, 2012

A: Hazy Golde Straw Hue, Passes Some Light, Thick White Head, Some Lacing
S: Lemons, Citrus Rind
T: Lemony, Yeasty, Citrus, Sage, Orange Zest
M: Great Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Semi Bitter, Zesty
Overall, other than a nose that seemed to lack, this turned out to be one of the best white IPAs Ive ever had. slowrunner77 (13368) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 25, 2014
"a style that I am really starting to enjoy, from two GREAT brewers. Should be good :) The aroma at first was actually a little strange. Fruitiness above hopiness, and not all coriander and orange. It opens up VERY nicely, has good body, and a dry yeasty hoppy finish. The wit characterisitics are really understated but add complexity to an already good ipa, and make this beer thoroughly refreshing. Glad I got two!" Bottle-purchased at Davidsons liquors in Littleton, CO on May 31-pours lightly hazy orange with a lovely fluffy white head with some decent lacing. THis beer looks very refreshing and easy drinking. nose is lovely-floral hops, lite corriander, citrus, spice-a perfect combinations of ipa and Wit-i have never had such a well made beer of this hybrid style before. flavors of bitter hops up front with pleasant pine, citrus, resin with a very well pronounced spice element-fantastic! long piney/resinous finish very sharp bitterness with lingering spice notes. this beer is lovely! I wish i bought more of this! for 7%, this is VERY easy to drink and extremely well balanced. palate is perfect-lovely carbonation and pillow-y-i gave it a 5, something i never do. Hats of to these two fantastic brewers for making one of the best colab beers i have ever had! scooter520 (187) - - JUN 19, 2012
Bottle. Appearance: slight haze but still fairly clear golden straw color with sudsy white head. Aroma: hay, banana, floral hop, honeysuckle, some pineyness. Taste: nicely balanced sweet malt and floral hop flavors finishing with that sugary banana chip sweetness and piney bitter hoppiness. Very refreshing and well done with the style. Mouthfeel: smooth with medium to high carbonation. Overall: I mean, c’mon, Founder’s and Green Flash...that shouldn’t even be legal!! It’s a really great beer for the style...a perfect blend of a refreshing orange/banana wheat beer with the beauty of a great west coast IPA. This is what I want cooking out in 90+ degree weather! ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 16, 2012
A - Pours a lightly hazy golden-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of lemon and citrus hops with coriander, pepper, and other Belgian yeast smells, wheat, and some floral and pine hops.
T - Starts off with a mix of Belgian yeast flavors with some coriander, pepper, and other spices with some fruity esters, lemon peel and citrus hops. Through the middle, some floral and hops hops come through with some bitterness and some wheat. The finish is a mix of Belgian yeast, spices, wheat, lemon zest, floral hops and some mild bitterness.
M - Medium bodied with moderate-plus carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry, spicy, and bitter finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice combination of hops and Belgian yeast flavors. Really nicely balanced.
