Smells like a gym sock. But, surprisingly tasty. Malty profile overpowered by piney hoppiness. Opaque and nice lacing. Bitter astringency. Tastes alcoholic. Low69caprice (100) - Yucca valley, California, USA - SEP 9, 2015
Starts out great with all good hop aromas. Crystal clear. Taste really harsh and astringent. Palate is off. Hops didn’t seem to mesh with this one. mambossa (338) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - SEP 2, 2015
Excited. Pour from bottle to teku. Hazy sunny-orange pour with fairly tight head. Nose is explosive pine and juiciness. Nearly as if exploring a thick coniferous wood blanketed by sweet blossoming flowers below. Intense prickle alongside ripe peach, mango, and pineapple. The flavor boasting, yet again, that miraculous pine, surrounded by fresh mint and herbs, a sticky tropical undertone carries it all. Alcohol? You think this hop assault wouldn’t be able to hide it? The deep northwest came to San Diego for this one. One of the better and more drinkable triples. Cheers, salud, slainte, prost. Enjoy! GlennHendry (528) - OSHAWA, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 23, 2015
I smell pine and tropical fruit and I taste more of the same: grapefruit, mango, pine and a bit of pineapple. Mouth-puckeringly bitter - in a damn good way with the booze well-hidden, only coming out to play after a few swallows. For a brewery known for being aggressive with its hops, this is surprisingly subtle. My kind of Triple IPA. HomerBeerOdysy (103) - New York, New York, USA - AUG 21, 2015
APPEARANCE - Light, hazy, foamy, amber, 1FH that dissipates.
AROMA/SCENT - Hops, malts, yeast, fruit, sweet.
TASTE - Hops, slightly bitter, pine.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Dry, clean, light, refreshing.
VALUE - $4.75 for a 12-oz bottle. Cheap.
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - A bit mild for me.

Great aroma pine tar resin etc. clear nice head. Solvent alcohol strong real strong almost rubbing alcohol like. Tough. Hood good alcohol not so. Rune (13732) - Tromsø, NORWAY - AUG 2, 2015
355ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika, shared with djoeye. Clear golden body. Beige head some of it remaining. Dried fruity smell, some vapour of alcohol. Flavoured of almond, honey, pine and dried fruits. Heavy stuff with noticeable alcohol. Alright, far from great though (Tromsø 27.07.2015). djoeye (5411) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 31, 2015

Look; deep off white hue, clear dark golden beer.
Aroma; sourish hops, alco acid.
Taste; strong hops, bitter alco.
Ok, it’s strong, but overkills on my palate.

September 27th, 2013 - Resinous. Powerfully resinous. Green Flash’s Green Bullet is is pushing the envelope on the San Diego hop trend, adding in all the power, flavor, and booze of an Imperial IPA. It’s strong, but single-minded. Resinous, hoppy, weedy and pungent. Like that stuff? This thing’s a treasure. Find it exhausting? Take a sampler and then move on. And save this for last, too. It’ll paint your tongue and dry before a day of tasting is done. nilsas (4719) - Bryne, NORWAY - JUN 14, 2015
