Fan-freaking tastic! This may be the best IPA they have put out in awhile. I don’t care as much for the revamped WCIPA nor HHR, but this is great. Huge dank aroma, massive flavor well balanced malt with hop bitterness. Some lemony/lime finish flavors. Excellent just wish it wasn’t so damn expensive. I think it was 9.99 and I’m not far from the source. coachd (860) - Missouri, USA - JAN 17, 2015
Grassy, spicy, floral aroma. Hops smell of both the citrus and pine variety. I can detect a moderately strong malt backbone to balance things out. The only drawback is that I thought the aroma would be stronger for 10.1 ABV. Very unique dark orange color bordering on Crimson. Sticky and clingy all white head. Tastes of honey sweetness at first, then the hops come in. They taste citrusy but not overwhelming. Hops last well into the aftertaste with the malt sweetness mixing with it all the way until the next sip. Has a slight booze burn. Not overly heavy. Surprisingly refreshing, would be a great summer beer. Palate is ideal for a DIPA. Just enough carbonation, slick and slightly oily. Overall fantastic. Almost as good as hop slam, way cheaper and easier to get.

Growler. Whoa! Light amber ale. Fukn’ reeks of schticky hops. Nose is extract herbal, heavy; borderline medicinal. Burning, bubbly, coating tongue of pine, citrus, haze, and cleaning products. Malts balanced well. Still Huge. Bitter + Alcoholic alliance100 (1157) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - OCT 5, 2013
Bottle and draft, Piney resin aromas, pours a deep copper. Nice malt balance to counteract the extreme hop bitterness. One of the more "sessionable" 3x IPAs I’ve had. Will definitely buy more.

This is a palate warping DIPA. The hops are so intense as to blow out the palate and completely shut down the perception of bitterness. Afterwards the sweetness of malt and floral, resinous hop expression become evident. While resin is prominent, the hops are not completely dank. There is some bright orange blossom as well. tobias (208) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - OCT 11, 2013
Draft at jungle Jim’s: brilliant gold color. Slight hint of haze. Aroma is incredible. Like sniffing straight hops. Lots if citrus and tropical fruits. Hints of pine and resin. First on the palate are citrus and honey malt. Then pineapple, peach, and mango. Hops are there. Malt is there. Smooth bitter yet balanced finished. Very drinkable at 10.1%! Bottle to snifter. Big, hoppy nose. Dark copper pour with a small amount of off-white head. Nice bitter taste dominated again by hops and some mild citrus. Strong finish with some stickiness. Pricey four-pack, but well worth it. Another winner from Green Flash. Beerathon (1683) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 1, 2013
Big time hop profile of tropical fruits with a sweet enough malt backbone. One of the better high ABV IPAs out there. Gachupines (1252) - USA - NOV 7, 2013
Slightly amber gold color with a decent white head. Aroma is somewhat floral wit a bit of pine. Flavor is nicely balanced for such a strong beer. Nice bright hops without being overly bitter. A little sweet from the alcohol without being cloying. The strength is noticeable but not overwhelming at all. Quite excellent.
