Aromas of hop pellets, orange zest, tangerine, herbs, rose stems and more subtle passion fruit, hop resin and caramel. Appears a golden copper with a quick receding foam. Taste is nice and refreshing with tangerine, honey, mango, sweet papaya, sugared caramel, sugared hop pellets, sweet lemon peel, sweet kumquat juice and sugar topped toffee. Finishes with a clean hop bitterness that drys out some of the sugary notes. Overall, not bad at all. There is a sweet honey kumquat overtone. Not too thin bodied. jkwalking05 (4743) - Arlington, Texas, USA - AUG 13, 2015

I love citra hops and this is 100% citra! It lacks complexity which shouldn't be surprising but stops this from perfection. Nonetheless, it's refreshing yet bitter and filled with fruits and citra hops. Expected a bit more aroma but still sweet smelling and it carries into the beer. Good stuff!

Semi-clear gold appearance, every filtered pale ale on earth. Somewhat muted aromatics of lime zest, unripe mango, melon. Inoffensive chemical notes plus herbs, toothpaste. Honey malts, cardboard cereals. Fruit notes grow vaguely synthetic. Sesame cracker, onion bagel. Similar seedy bitterness defines the flavor; a salad of unripened tropical fruits, chia seeds and old herbs. Plain malt sweetness, lemon-lime, lots of must. Crisp, papery texture with heavy bitterness and some acidic astringency. gkeh (482) - Texas, USA - JUL 26, 2015

I really like single hop beers like this. Especially citra which I really liked in surly wet. They both had the tropical fruit up front with lemon to citrus and grapefruit. Some nice pine and finishes with cannibus which was not as strong in the wet. Really nice! johnnymusky (983) - Minnesota, USA - JUL 24, 2015
I expected more from this one...tasted more malt than expected...the hoppy citrus flavor is there it just came on late...took three sips before my mouth adjusted...this is a great daytime outside yard work beer.. Maverick34 (3280) - New York, USA - JUL 24, 2015
