My favorite beer right now by far. Blows Zombie Dust and all other Citra hop ipa's out of the water

Great nose. Fully hoppy opening. Finished a little thin, but a bit to be expected from a session. Top three session ipa for me

Appearance: white fluffy head with a hazy yellowish-orange body and a mild carbonation.
Aroma: Since the IPA was brewed with a single hop, citra, there is a pronounce citrus aroma. Hints of orange, grapefruit & lemon. I do pick up a hint of smoke.
Taste: light malty body, robust citrus flavor on the front of the palate. Middle of the palate, lingering pine flavor with hints of grapefruit & orange. The beer finished dry, refreshing & clean.
Overall: I could quaff a few of theses IPAs. A great session beer! This green flash IPA would pair well with a sharp cheddar, aged gouda, prima donna or a aged provolone, crab cakes, spicy mexican and asian cuisine. teromous (119) - - SEP 2, 2014
There is a date on the bottle that says 01/23/15 (best before date? seems a bit far off).
Appearance: Fantastic clarity in a light gold body with a fluffy white head that leaves lacing. It looks absolutely beautiful.
Aroma: Oh wow, the hop aroma just leaps from the glass. It smells wonderfully fresh. There is a strong pungent scent, very dank, and a very rich citrus scent. It is slightly catty but not unpleasant. Really it is a perfect aroma.
Taste: Right off the bat there is this nice toasted bread crust flavor and a light earthy bitterness. A bit woody with a touch of cedar at the end of the drink. Very mellow for an IPA but it tastes really good.
Palate: It has a pretty average palate. Nothing really stands out in this department. The bitterness is a bit mellow which doesn’t cause the palate to suffer but it doesn’t do much to elevate it either.
Overall: Yes, I definitely enjoy this beer. It is very well made in the malt selection giving it this nice bread-like undertone and a very fresh hop flavor and aroma sitting on top. I really would highly recommend trying this beer out. Living on the opposite coast that this beer was crafted in, it still tastes very fresh. I would buy it again. People who love hops absolutely must visit Green Flash’s Hop Odyssey series. People who specifically love Citra hops must seek out Citra Session IPA. Seriously. If you love the juiciness, aromatics, and moderate-high acidity of Citra, you’ll probably love this session-able IPA built around it. The brew has a light orange appearance with a pure white head. Aroma isn’t as huge as some dry-hopped IPA’s, but it’s beautiful. Orange, peach, lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, and a bit of grass. Flavor translates some of that tropical character while also allowing Citra Session to be a lighter-bodied and refreshing Session IPA. There’s plenty of grassy sweetness, toasted malt, and of course, crisp bitterness. Session IPA’s are great for the summer months. This one is extra great.

Super easy drinking beer. Lots of lace and long-lasting had with a clear amber color. Excellent body. Flavor is spot on for the style. LtDan (1806) - Los Angeles County, California, USA - MAR 23, 2011
Appearance: Pours a cloudy amber gold with a pillowy white head. Leaves behind lots of lacing.jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 18, 2013
Aroma: Grapefruit, tangerine, orange and plenty of it from a mile away.
Taste: Grapefruit, English toffee like malt, finishes fruity with lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: A little astringent, medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Magnificent, highly drinkable, super tasty and inviting. Great job.
Draft at Jerry’s. Darker gold with good, frothy, white head, fair legs / Bright nose of weed, grass, citrus / Light body, a touch thin but then it’s 4%, resinous, mostly dry with good balance and bitter finish / Stylish flavors of lemon, weed, grapefruit, straw, biscuit / A remarkably great, light, session beer. Love these citra hops. Troupis (249) - - AUG 8, 2015
I love citra hops and this is 100% citra! It lacks complexity which shouldn't be surprising but stops this from perfection. Nonetheless, it's refreshing yet bitter and filled with fruits and citra hops. Expected a bit more aroma but still sweet smelling and it carries into the beer. Good stuff!

UPDATED: AUG 19, 2014 Tap at Federal. Pours a light straw with a small fizzy off white head. Nose is fresh citra, citrus, tropical, fairly grassy. Flavor is similar, a little on the bitter and thin body side, but that’s usual for these hoppy session ales. Loving this hop odyssey series.
