3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice balance of hops and yeast character but for mine it's neither hoppy enough or Belgian enough. But the alcohol is huge, almost wastefully so.

Earthy malty IPA at first taste, but then some Belgian on the back... good, not great. Cavie (4905) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 2, 2017
Retired? Bottle off the store shelf. Hazy appearance. Some sediment. Tiny bubbles. Some citrus and spicy notes in the aroma. Very dry, hoppy flavor. Spicy notes, fruit, grass. Malt backbone but subdued. Yeast character comes through as fruity esters. Alcohol is hidden but a slight warmth. brigg (727) - New York, USA - DEC 1, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2017 (Bottle) Hazy, rich orange body with a soft, medium off-white head. Aroma is floral and fruity; citrus, tropical fruit, flowers, fall grass. Full bodied; oily and chewy. Flavor has a lot of hops; resin and citrus (orange); wood, cheese, a little funky; complex and a lot of flavors going on. edenfrias (8) - PANAMA - NOV 24, 2017 does not count

Tasted at the 2017 Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado. Good flavors, close to style, as expected without too many surprises.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2017 Bottle purchased at Randall?s. Hoppy piney aroma, pours opaque amber with little yeah retention, moderate carbonation and relatively full mouthfeel. Taste is bitter and funky yeast initially, hints of sage,l and almost savory, with a very pleasant and fresh piney, hoppy finish. Truly a blend between an IPA and a Belgian. ehaak26 (778) - - MAY 4, 2017
Bottle from Liquor Barn into a tulip glass. Aroma is definitely complex with Belgian yeast and hops.
