Draft at Bittercreek for the GF tap takeover... Pours mostly clear golden with a sudsy white head.. Slightly sour notes come from the barrel I would guess..
The GF guys said this was an older keg from before the rebranding (probably 2 years old) and the bugs had some time to make this a bit more tart and aromatic... I guess I agree.. Pretty damn complex for a lower ABV sour. IndianaRed (5030) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 2, 2016
OnTap clear very light yellow witha lasting thin soapy wispy head and thin sheets of lacing. Faint light grain flavors. Mild Brett funkiness. Pretty tame for a sour but nicely balanced. BuckeyeBoy (8466) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 29, 2016

GABF 2014. Cloudy light orange brown. Brett dominates the nose with light funk, lots of pineapple. Don’t get much of the belgian esters I recall from Le Freak but it’s been a while. Round mouthfeel, nice carbonation, lively with some spice and tropical fruit as well as balanced sourness. Crushable. slowrunner77 (12804) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 14, 2014
similar to but different than Le freak, even outside being a smaller beer. Maybe because it is thinner the brett is immediately dominant. There is also far less hops and more fruit in this brew. Good stuff.
