On Tap at the Stone Sourfest, listed as Green Flash Grand Mantis-Merlot Barrel Aged Grand Cru, and I think it caught some people out into thinking it was the regular Mantis. Pours with a murky brown body and a small, off-white head. Taste of raisins and brown sugar, light wine, oak and brett. Cask at Pizza Port Real Ale fest 2009. Pours a lightly hazed ruby brown. Nose of red wine grapes, vinegar, oak and brett. Flavor was slightly tart with some funky vinegar and red wine. Lots of oak on the finish, fairly light on the Brett overall.
