Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, spicy, coriander, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Christmas tasting at the Kernel. Think this one was Leighton - cheers mate! Hazy gold beer. Good sized off white head. Light sourness on the nose. Pleasantly lemony limey with mild spice and herbs. Dry finish. Nice saison, very drinkable.

Bottle at The Kernel Christmas Tasting. Pours a lightly foggy, yellow-gold with a large, frothy white head. Has a nice and dusty aroma, some sweet bread, light spice. Fairly sweet flavor, creamy, light grass, bread, faint lemon peel. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet, lightly bitter finish, some hay, dough. Very good. Could be just a hint crisper.
