ACBF. Can’t recall who was generous enough to share this - that nice girl from West Lakeview Liquors? Thank you whomever it was! Opaque black beer with a small chocolate coloured head. Soft silky palate. Vanilla and chocolate loveliness! Wish I could have had a whole bottle. Fab!
Bottle courtesy of nbutler11 (thanks!), shared with MrChopin. Pours almost completely black, very dark brown head. Aroma of French roast coffee, dark cocoa, vanilla. Taste is similar, with good body and nice balance, bitter finish. Barrel doesn’t overwhelm. Good stuff. cgarvieuk (24488) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 25, 2011
