On tap at the Mira Mesa location. Yellow color. Nice fruity Belgian aroma. Medium to high body. Sweet. Light hint of booze. Pretty good. JohnGalt1 (1721) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 9, 2016
Draft tonight at Bittercreek.. Surprisingly I’ve had this one other time in PDX.. Spiciness is all about the ginger and I guess some coriander that adds depth to the yeasty notes and then accentuated some lemon aspect.. Weird and seems very overspiced and does not allow the yeast to sing at all... I didn’t care for it last time and maintain that idea. slowrunner77 (11912) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAR 2, 2016
Yeast and fruit forward - banana and clove spice, kinda sorta hefe like, but w ginger & a little bit of lemony citrus. Flavor matches. Zesty well carbonated feel.

Rating #1565 - 20.03.2015 - Birthday Brew Tour #3 - On tap at Green Flash. Pours a cloudy orange colour, with a frothy white foam. Aroma is yeasty, spiced with coriander, light citrus. Taste is excellent, light hoppy bite, great yeasty sourness, and a nice light sweet note of citrus, coriander. Delicious. commonmac (1201) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - SEP 12, 2015
Tap at Happy Gnome in the 10 oz pour glass they are so fond of. Surprisingly little head on a golden, clear colored tripel. Aroma has a sweetness to it that stays understated. Spices and lemon on the nose serve as a good precursor to the taste elements to come. You can feel the alcohol presence but in general it’s a good tripel representation. Off the top of my head I wouldn’t be able to describe the difference between this and their traditional tripel. Oily mouthfeel. Nice spice action working throughout. 12 Sept 2015, tap at Green Flash. Gold, clear, no bubbles. Nose is sweet, caramel, syrup, candy. Ned body and mildly fizzy. Alcohol, Holden syrup, rock candy. Sooo good! GTAEgeek (2183) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - APR 21, 2015
On tap at the Prado 5 Seasons. Hazy orange, with a medium, beige head. Big nose of lemons, some musty and farmhouse character, mangoes, some floral hops, and a nice, peppery spice. Sweet and fruity flavor, with a light bittering that balances nicely. Medium body, acidic, crisp, and very effervescent, with a clean, smooth aftertaste. This is a very nicely done tripel.
