hop hop hoppy as hell.... flowers on a big green field in the summertime- bees humming. The nose is like the peel of a grapefruit. The colour is clear amber / orange in the beginning but moisty with yeasts in the end. It has a creamy and oily feeling to it that must be from the big amount of hops. The finish is bitter and dry. Drop a handsign for the westcoast style...hoppy hoppy hoppy. obguthr (6835) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - APR 26, 2008
Strong bouquet or strawberry, cream, and grapefruit. Cloudy golden, with tons of sediment, and a medium yellow head. Surprisingly bitter and perfumy. Yeast detected on the palate. No balance, overhopped, and hardly drinkable. 45thstbrewer (94) - Conowingo, Maryland, USA - APR 24, 2008
Green Flash West Coast IPA is very good but not one of my "goto" choices for an IPA zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - APR 24, 2008
(draft @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Golden color with a mound of creamy white foam. Aroma is lots and lots of zesty and floral hops and citrus. Flavor is floral and hoppy with lots of pine and citrus flavors mixed with a noticeable malt backbone and a very bitter and peppery finish. Very nice. garthicus (2963) - Dublin, IRELAND - APR 22, 2008
Thanks to HogTownHarry, drank minus Harry but on Harrys balcony :-) Apperance: Deep amber orange, lots of floaties, nice light white head. Citrus aroma, some hop, malt too. Flavour: Malt and pine, lemon and grapefruit, mmmm delicious.

This one is worthy of its "West Coast" label. A definite hop bomb. A floral, flavorful IPA, and a definite must try. Much better than the barleywine that I tried from them. durhambeer (2585) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - APR 21, 2008
UPDATED: APR 29, 2008 Sweet Jesus, this is good. Nice hazy deep copper-orange pour. Smallish but tenacious creamy/frothy off-whitehead. A little yeast floating around... a very active beer. Lots of grapefruit on the nose; floral. A little yeasty. Not a far cry from Two Hearted. More grapefruit zest, hops, and fruit on the palate and not quite as floral as Two Hearted overall. More malt/resiny backbone. Hope we keep getting more west coast brews over here. Yum. JorisPPattyn (10122) - BELGIUM - APR 21, 2008
Draught Amber clear beer with small, off-white head. Flowery, delicate but outspoken dry hopse, dried roses, sultana’s. Un-be-lie-va-bly flowery, grapey, super-aromatic hops taste, amongst the most delicate and powerful ever tasted - superb. Slightly burning MF, medium bodied, fiery, slick. One of the best IPA’s I’ve ever had, full stop. JohnC (3008) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - APR 20, 2008

amber pour with a barrage of citric & pine hop aromas & flavor. Nice example of the style garretjax (103) - Colorado, USA - APR 20, 2008
Clear copper amber color with a fluffy white head. Malt, citrus and juicy piney hop aromas. Medium body and medium carbonation. Bitter hops flavor with some redeeming grapefruit qualities. Dry clean finish that hangs just long enough.
