The Canary Pale Ale, is a delightful straw-coloured pale ale with a big flowery hop character (Styrian Goldings). The Canary Pale Ale is a fantastic session beer and at 3.8% Canary is Green Jack’s lowest abv brew.

Dark golden. Immense hoppy aroma and taste. Raw green hops makes this more american in style. Refreshing flowery aftertaste.

A straw coloured beer. Didn’t seem to have settled out properly as it was slightly hazy, but that didn’t detract from the enjoyment. Lots of grassy and citric hop character. Some sweetness up front, but finishes resolutely dry. Crisp and refreshing. A nice session beer, definitely straying in to golden ale territory. Cask (gravity dispense) at Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival 2005.

On hand pump from the cask in The Alex Derby. No Sparkler. Pale golden colour. Foamy head. Slightly bitter & a bit fruity. Very Drinkable. The best beer of the evening.

haddonsman (1234) - Derby, Derbyshire, ENGLAND - NOV 9, 2004
Cask at The Alexandra Hotel, Derby. Pale gold (had blonde tendencies), quite a tangy fruit aroma, sweet fruits with a dry bite, sold well on the night, good stuff

imdownthepub (15525) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 16, 2004
Cask Conditioned at The Plough, Bodicote. Pale brown with thin head. Light boys bitter with a sweetish malt base and a dry hoppiness drifting through. Dry tanin finish that wilts a little.
