bottle, the vinegar is too strong in this one, unbalances it all, too bad, cause it does have potential to be an awesome beer.

(750ml bottle) clear medium brown, fine tan bubbles. Nose of cherries, rum barrel, cherry pie, crust, cinnamon, smells great. Taste of vinegar, cherries, cherry pie filling, nice tartness on the finish, not sure how else to describe it. Delicious though.

Cherry and oak aroma. Bit of an acetic acid bomb. Slight fruit, very sour. Meh

Pours a murky rusty umber color with a trace of khaki foam that settles out quickly. Tons of deep balsamic vinegar, rotten cranberry, hints of sulphur and roasted malt. Lots of ripe dark sour fruit in the midpalate, cherry, cranberry... however a bit too acetic on the swallow with a heavy afterburn and lingering unpleasantness.

Bottle at DC Epic Sour Tasting 2014, courtesy of....me! hazy maroon color. Aroma of dark and tart fruit. Taste is sour but a bit acetic, lightly fruity. Decent.
