Very rich sweet aroma, rich biscuity malts, but spicy hops too - but a touch papery. Gold, brief head. Lovely rich mallty body, but not sweet or sticky. Has a nice spicy peppery finish that keeps it moreish. Pleasant raisins in the malts later, and more fruit in the aroma too. Goes down beautifully. Didn’t know it had Oakham involvement when rating, so this isn’t fanboi-ism.
Cask at the triangle tavern Lowestoft. Clear golden orange coloured pour with a thin white head. Aroma holden caramel and hot alcohol, orange rind and spicy woof. Flavour is composed, rounded, caramel and toffee, orange and pine, woody. Palate is full and sticky sweet, moderate carbonation. Pretty good. leaparsons (10764) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 26, 2015

Cask at the Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Clear gold beer, tidy bubbly white head. Smooth palate with very mild carbonation. Delicious hops - orange, tangerine, clementine - bittersweet with a trace of lemon and lime. Semi dry finish. Interesting and tasty and so very very drinkable!
